Swimming pool
The staff aren't friendly and the rooms are too dirty and poor. No way it's a 4* hotel it could be 2* only. It's a huge hotel but toooooooooooooooooo dirty

The architecture. Lella Baya is an amazing hotel from design point of view.
Got a very bad first impression of Lella Beya and unfortunately it did not improve. Booked.nets website and our order confirmation stated that Lella Beya accepted visa, master card and Diners Club cards as payment. When I try to pay with my Diners card, I was told that this card was not accepted as payment. Luckily I had another card and the payment went thru.. On arriving into the room, the air conditioning and the shower was not working, we asked about this and was told that it would be looked at.This was mentioned five times on three days. The fourth day we were finally moved. There were other problems like our cards not working to enter the room, had to contact reception constantly to enable it. The food was awful,a lot of green salads and vegetables and almost no meat and fish. The waiters ignored all inclusive guests. Got no service either at the restaurant, the bar inside or out side. The drinks were not even made properly they advertised cocktails however all you would get for a moijito was a vodka, lemonade and a sprig of mint. Yet paying guest would get the actual drinks and even it made in a cocktail maker.I could continue, the staff were rude and unaccommodating and as an all inclusive guest I was treated differently to other guests and was made to feel low rate guest. I've stayed at other all inclusive hotels in Hammamet and Lella Beya has much to learn from them. Like hotels as Sentido Aziza Beach hotel. I'm not going to recommend Hotel Lella Beya to any of my friends or family. Would instead recommend the Hotel Aziza who understand the concept of service and where the staff are friendly towards their guests. Even those who have all inclusive.

the hotel stuff was not helpful. it was sometimes hard to communicate with them in english. we asked for 2 pillows and after three days we didn't get it.

Excellent hotel, charming arabic decoration, nice pool, great staff and breakfast, near to the beach with excellent location. We loved all, mainly the room with view to the pool and the beach. Good relation price-benefits. We surely come back there!

nothing
I dunno where to start. I m a well travelled person and certain hotel standards are quite universal except in this hotel everything is done their way. the reception kept us waiting for ages for no apparent reason with huffin abd puffin and extreme rudeness. we were shocked of that at first then we finally got to the room which wasnt what we paid for but we didnt care as I just wanted to relax after all the waiting. not being picky but dont go to this hotel much better choices elsewhere...
